From Label to Action - Partnership-building in ESC Humanitarian Aid

Partnership-building Activity

19-25 July 2026 | Budapest, Hungary

Join us in Budapest to connect with organisations active in ESC Humanitarian Aid, exchange practical experiences, and develop new partnerships and project ideas for future calls.

How can organisations move from holding an ESC Humanitarian Aid Quality Label to building real partnerships and successful project ideas?

This partnership-building activity brings together youth organisations, NGO staff members, and professionals interested in developing future cooperation within the framework of ESC Humanitarian Aid. The activity will focus on networking, peer exchange, project development, and sharing practical experiences related to international volunteering and humanitarian solidarity actions.

The programme will be based on non-formal education methods, interactive workshops, small group work, knowledge sharing, and project-based collaboration. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with organisations from different countries, explore common interests, and develop concrete ideas for future ESC Humanitarian Aid cooperation and applications.

The activity is organised by Youth Bridges Budapest in the framework of its Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation.

We are looking for participants who:

  • represent youth organisations or NGOs,
  • hold a quality label in ESC Humanitarian Aid as a sending/supporting organisation,
  • would like to develop future partnerships and project ideas,
  • have a genuine interest in applying for ESC Humanitarian Aid projects in 2027.

We aim to create a practical, partnership-oriented working atmosphere with space for meaningful exchange, realistic project planning, and long-term cooperation.
