E-learning
4 November 2026 | Online, Portugal
This webinar explores how youth work can identify barriers to participation, challenge discrimination and use creative methodologies to build more inclusive spaces for young people, drawing from the experience of different NGOs.
The session invites youth workers, stakeholders and anyone who might be interested in working with these topics to reflect on the most common challenges found in youth work and to consider concrete ways of designing activities and adapting methodologies/practices to increase access and equal participation. With this purpose in mind, the webinar looks at how arts and creativity can assist with communication and engagement, particularly for those who participate in different ways.
Participants will gain practical tools and inspiration to make their own activities more accessible, inclusive and responsive to the diversity of young people.
