E-learning

3 July 2026 | Online, Italy

Are you a young person, an active citizen, working in a Municipality, or part of a local association?  Would you like to better understand how your European rights work and how to actively participate in public decision-making?

OPEN CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Free Webinar | EU Rights and European Citizenship
European Project MOVES

Are you a young person, an active citizen, working in a Municipality, or part of a local association?
Would you like to better understand how your European rights work and how to actively participate in public decision-making?

Join the first training webinar of the European project MOVES – Mountain Voices for Engaged and Sustainable Democracy, promoted by ANCI Lazio in collaboration with partners from Italy, Albania, and Portugal, with technical support from Norema Srl as subcontractor.

Why participate?

Many citizens, young people, and local administrators perceive European institutions as distant.
In rural, mountain, and inland areas, this distance is often even stronger.

Yet many European decisions directly affect: local services, mobility, environment, public funding, opportunities for young people, territorial development.

This webinar will help you understand how to move from being a simple recipient of policies to becoming an active citizen capable of making an impact.

What you will learn
