Training Course
15 May 2026 | Online, Italy
The FREE International Virtual Exchange – 2nd Cycle is part of the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project “FREE – Female Refugees for Entrepreneurship & Employability”.
This online activity brings together participants from different countries to learn, exchange experiences, and develop practical skills in a non-formal and interactive environment.
During this cycle, participants will explore key concepts related to entrepreneurship, including business planning, setting SMART goals, and understanding basic financial principles. The programme will also introduce practical tools such as the Business Model Canvas and simple approaches to managing operations.
Beyond content learning, the Virtual Exchange aims to strengthen participants’ ability to work with others. Special focus is given to developing facilitation skills, inclusive communication, and the capacity to support people—especially women with a refugee or migrant background—in developing their own ideas and initiatives.
The activity is based on non-formal education methods, including group discussions, interactive exercises, and peer learning moments, allowing participants to actively contribute and learn from each other.
This Virtual Exchange is primarily addressed to youth workers, facilitators, and trainers who want to improve their ability to deliver entrepreneurship-related topics in inclusive and accessible ways. It is also open to young people interested in these topics and in developing their own competences.
Participants are primarily selected from the countries involved in the FREE project consortium: Cyprus, Italy, Armenia, Serbia, Moldova, and Ukraine. However, if additional places are available, participants from other European Union countries may also be considered.
By joining, participants will not only gain knowledge but also practical tools and inspiration to apply what they learn in their own communities and contexts.
