For the new generation: training for group leaders

The most crucial thing for each organization that wants to have high impact on young people and take part in Erasmus+ program, especially in youth exchanges, are good group leaders. Unfortunately, that is most often the thing that is missing. Group leders - especially good ones that will have strong, positive impact not only to their own participants but on the whole project and every individual taking part in it – are not born or created overnight. This training is here to support further professional development of those who already have experience as group leaders or those who have been participants up to now but feel ready to take next step and become group leaders. 

Objectives of the training: 

- supporting understanding of the specific context in which youth exchanges happen

- highlighting the role and responsibilities of the group leaders

- providing guidance in development of different competences of participants needed for them to be quality group leaders

- identifying and analysing every step and action that needed to be undertaken in each stage of the project

- empowering participants to be able to work with young people with fewer opportunities
