Partnership-building Activity

17-21 November 2025 | İstanbul, Türkiye

This activity is a partnership-building activity with study vists to connect organisations working with intellectually disabled youth, share practices,and develop new project ideas in youth work.

What is this activity?

This activity is part of a Training and Cooperation Activity (TCA) organized by the Turkish National Agency for Erasmus+ & ESC. TCA is a tool for National Agencies to support the Erasmus+ Program and enhance its impact.

Accommodation and meals are covered by the Turkish National Agency.

Travel costs will be reimbursed by your National Agency . Please contact your NA to confirm their support for this activity.

This activity is a Partnership Building Activity with study visits. Its main aim is to bring relevant organizations together to create sustainable partnerships and observe the practices of Turkish organizations.

Main Objectives:

  • To build new partnerships and turn them into future youth projects,
  • To observe and learn from the practices of different organizations,
  • To create impactful project ideas together on the inclusion of intellectually disabled youth,
  • To discuss the role Erasmus+ projects may play in social inclusion of intellectually disabled youth.

Profile of the participants:

  • Youth workers and project managers from organizations actively working with intellectually disabled youth,
  • Experience level of Erasmus+ : All
  • Able to understand and speak English.

Some practicalities about the event:

November 17, 2025 – Arrivals with a short welcome activity at the evening

November 18 – 20, 2025 – Activity days

November 21, 2025 – Departures

Transportation throughout the study visit will be provided by Turkish National Agency.

A detailed info-kit regarding the event and schedule will be sent to selected participants.

Travel reimbursement

FOR ERASMUS+ PROGRAM COUNTRIES

The NA of your country of residence will reimburse your travel costs.  Before applying, please contact the NA in your country of residence to confirm if they are willing to cover your travel expenses for this activity.

FOR PARTNER COUNTRIES

Turkish National Agency will reimburse travel expenses of participants from partner countries. Details will be sent to those who are selected. 

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
