FLY – Facilitating Learning for Youth is a 9-day Erasmus+ training course for youth workers and facilitators, held 5–13 January 2027 at Küla Villa, Estonia, with 25 participants from 8 countries.
Together we will design, facilitate and evaluate meaningful non-formal learning activities. Through hands-on X-Peeriments, peer feedback and reflection, you will build practical facilitation skills you can use in your own work straight away. All participants receive a Youthpass certificate, and we stay in touch after the course with follow-up activities in your own community.
WHO CAN APPLY: Youth workers, trainers, facilitators, youth leaders and volunteers aged 18+ who work with young people.
Participating countries: Estonia, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, North Macedonia, Romania, Slovenia and Türkiye.

MTÜ Eluks Valmis is a youth NGO based in Estonia that supports young people in developing life skills and the confidence to take part in society. We run non-formal learning activities, a podcast and international projects, working with youth workers, volunteers and young people.

No participation fee
Accommodation and food are provided by the organisers at Küla Villa from 5 to 13 January 2027 at no cost to participants. Participants stay in shared rooms. If you want to arrive earlier or leave later, you can, but you need to organise and pay for your own accommodation and food outside these dates.
Travel is covered by the Erasmus+ programme, up to the maximum per person for your country of departure:
Estonia: up to €28
Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: up to €309
Italy, North Macedonia, Türkiye: up to €395
Reimbursement is paid after the course, on presentation of tickets and proof of travel. Please do NOT book any tickets before your participation is confirmed and we have agreed your travel itinerary with you.
