TC to gain a comprehensive understanding of group dynamics, covering group dev. stages, conflict management all to enable participants to proactively prevent discrimination within their teams and establish an inclusive learning and working environment.

This project aims to develop team creation and management competences for youth workers.

The objectives are to:

  • Help participants gain a comprehensive understanding of group dynamics, covering group development stages, conflict resolution, communication, and motivation.
  • Teach participants a minimum of 10 non-formal education techniques, including ice-breaking energizers, team and trust building activities, conflict resolution and collaboration methods.
  • Enable participants to proactively prevent discrimination within their teams and establish an inclusive learning and working environment.
  • Motivate participants to lead and implement non-formal methods tailored to the team's specific stage of development and requirements.

Participants will learn how to identify the stages of group development, use facilitation strategies, and resolve conflicts.

They will also gain confidence in leading inclusive workshops and developing stronger connections with young people.

Walbrzych Youth Association (Wałbrzyskie Stowarzyszenie Młodzieży) is an organization created by and for young people.
It was established in October 2005, in Walbrzych. Since 2006 we are a non profit NGO doing our best to encourage young people to being active. Currently the team besides youngsters are also experienced youth workers to whom Youth, their development, ambitions, goals or challenges are an important part of life.
