The aim of the training is to show practice how to prepare, organise, and lead an international workcamp.
Through different workshops and training sessions the participants will get to know the Voluntary Service, structure and types of workcamps, team building and group dynamics, leader roles, styles and co-operation, communication, intercultural learning, conflict transformation, basic financial management, and evaluation.

Costs

The participants from non-EU countries will have to pay a participation fee of 25 Euro. The participants from EU countries will have to pay a participation fee of 50 Euro.
