"Feel, Flow, Grow - from inner balance to outer impact"

Training Course

5-12 March 2026 | Poland

"Feel, Flow, Grow - from inner balance to outer impact" is an Erasmus+ training for youth workers focused on wellbeing, resilience and creativity. Join us to explore mindfulness, embodiment and creative methods to support young people.

"Feel, Flow, Grow - from inner balance to outer impact" is an international Erasmus+ training course designed for youth workers, trainers, facilitators, educators and volunteers who work with young people in the field of non-formal education and youth work.

The course supports participants in strengthening their professional practice by exploring the connection between wellbeing, resilience and creativity—as key resources for sustainable and impactful work with young people. Through a highly experiential learning process, participants will:

FEEL – build inner awareness and emotional grounding as a foundation for healthy youth work,

FLOW – develop stress resilience, flexibility and self-regulation tools for challenging situations,

GROW – use creativity as a resource for personal growth and engaging educational activities.

The programme includes practical methods such as mindfulness and embodiment exercises, self-regulation practices, group and peer learning activities, and creative approaches (e.g. storytelling, collage, somatic exercises). Participants will have space to reflect on their role as youth workers, exchange experiences with an international group, and gather tools that can be transferred directly into their everyday work with young people.

The training is organised in the nort-east Poland, in a nature-based setting that supports reflection, connection and learning. Participation is fully funded by Erasmus+, including accommodation, meals, materials and travel reimbursement according to Erasmus+ rules.

Applicants are expected to be currently involved in youth work and/or non-formal learning, and motivated to actively participate, share practice, and bring new ideas back to their communities and organisations.
