26 September - 4 October 2025 | Alpignano (Torino), Italy

This TC is part of a KA2 Project Capacity Building in the field youth. The project aims to increase the capacity of the organizations in the Euro Mediterranean Region to cooperate fairly and equally in partnership in the field of youth. 

The general aim of the Training Course is to Increase the capacity of youth workers working internationally in the Euromed region.

The specific objetives of the training course are:

  • Enhance understanding of cooperation in the Euromed region and its geopolitical framework. 
  • Promote awareness of the importance of  value-based youth work in the Region, fostering equity and fairness. 
  • Deepen understanding of the intercultural dynamics essential for effective Euromed collaboration. 
  • Acquire key competences to foster fair and equal partnerships in the Euromed region.
  • Explore how to stand for fair and equal cooperation in Euromed through practical tools.

The specific objectives on the project are:

  • to support the capacity development of youth organization to work in the Euro Mediterranean youth field within the EU Programs;
  • to increase the number of the youth workers active in EuroMed cooperation by improving their competences;
  • to increase the opportunities to equally access international mobility project for young people in the Region;
  • to facilitate the participation of young people in the EuroMed Region by managing better risk.

The main content deliverable of the project are:
VALUE BOOK: core value of EuroMediterranean cooperation in the youth field;
COMPETENCE MODEL: competence frame for youth workers in the EuroMediterranean Region working internationally.
TRAINING MODULE WITH SESSIONS OUTLINES: training modules for youth workers to increase their capacity by promoting a contextualized education approach.

Giosef Torino is a Social Promotion Association which promotes social inclusion and anti-discrimination on an intersectional level, throughout Non Formal Education on Human Rights, intercultural learning and Euro-Mediterranean mobility. Costs

Participation fee

No fee will be requested to participants.

Participants must have a personal travel insurance.

 

Accommodation and food

The group will be hosted in Cascina Govean, Alpignano (Torino): it is and hostel and an enviromental educational center.

Accomodation and food are covered by the hosting organization starting with the dinner on the 26th of September 2025 and ending with the breakfast on the 4th of October 2025.

The group will be hosted in shared rooms of 3 people with bunk beds.  Each room has a bathroom inside. No single room are available in the venue.

The vanue will provide halal meat, however meat will not be served everyday.

Travel reimbursement

Travel will be coverd for a maximum amount of:

  • 400,00 euros for extra EU participants
  • 300,00 euros for EU participants.

Visa and insurance for participants coming from Southern Mediterranean countries will be covered for a maximum of 100 euro.

Palestinian travel to reach Amman airport will be covered for a maximum amount of 200 euro.

Travels and Visa will be reimbursed only upon providing original invoices, receipts and boarding passes.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
