TC FACTOR is a Training Course for Youth workers on Facilitation in Youth groups. The TC proposes methods and exercises to boost some of the Skills that a Facilitator should have. It is very practical learning with a session about designing a workshop and performing it.
A good facilitator can make a difference in the approach to a youth group and through this TC we want to give the facilitators of our partner organizations a space to reflect on their role and competencies and provide them with the necessary tools and methods for their professional development. The role of the facilitator is basically connected with learning, communication, intercultural issues, feedback, and workshop design skills: in these areas, he/she must be competent and aware. In our opinion, a good facilitator should be first of all aware of his/her own learning styles and recognize these in his/her learning process.
In this TC we want to focus on the role of the facilitator in communications and relationships so as to prevent possible conflicts and on new skills like public speaking (useful in social life and in the job market).
Participants in the last part of the training will benefit from a session where they will design and perform a workshop. They can count on the trainers’ support and feedback during the TC and on their mentoring for 1 month after the TC, giving them the opportunity to develop quality workshops as the output of the TC.

Beyond is a newly created NGO, in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, promoting youth educational initiatives in our city and our region, Transylvania. The organization is made up of a number of experts with the goal to offer support,
services, and counseling in the area of non-formal education, self-knowledge, psychological education, civil society, and democratic institutions development, civil values, for all citizens (especially for young people). We intend to organize events (round tables, debates, seminars, and workshops) about activism, experiential education, promoting human rights, development of local, regional, European and international cooperation. This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme. This T.C. don't have any participation Fee.
The participants don't have any cost during the T.C. This project provides accommodation, food, local transport (if necessary), and all material for the sessions. The participants are responsible for the insurance. This TC was approved by the Romania National Agency Erasmus+.
According to the Programme Erasmus+, travel costs are covered 100% up to the maximum amount defined on the base of the kilometric distance from sending organisation town to the project place, following EU Distance Calculator: 0€ - Romania I 180€ - Hungary l 275€ - Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey and Netherlands l 360€ - Portugal and Spain. This budget is for the complete travel, from home to the venue of the Training Course, in Carei, Romania, including local transport.
