Facilitator's journey 2.0

Training Course

25 March - 1 April 2026 | Jastrzębia Góra, Poland

Training for youth workers (21+) with little or no experience in facilitating activities, workshops, or trainings.

The training course aims to introduce participants to the basic principles of facilitating learning in youth projects and to provide a safe space for practising facilitation skills.

After the training course, participants will:
- understand what facilitation of learning is
- be able to distinguish between non-formal, formal, and informal learning
- understand the principles of non-formal education in youth projects
- become familiar with the concept of experiential learning
- learn how to use creativity when designing workshops
- gain basic knowledge of group dynamics
- learn a model for giving and receiving feedback
- explore different methods of reflecting on learning
- gain a better understanding of the Erasmus+ Programme and the Youthpass tool

During the training, we will also create space for youth workers to share challenges they face in their work with young people, exchange good practices, and test their facilitation skills in practice.

In addition, the training in Poland will provide participants with opportunities to establish new international partnerships in the youth field.
