FACE IT! is a Training Course for Youth workers on Facilitation in Youth groups

FACE IT T.C. proposes methods and exercises to boost some of the Skills (Learning to learn awareness, Effective Communication, Problem Solving, Creativity, Conflict management, Designing a workshop) that a Facilitator should have. We strongly believe that nowadays Youth workers need knowledges, tools and methods on facilitation of Youth groups because of the social importance of their role. They are social facilitators for Youth inclusion, especially for youth with fewer opportunities. A very practical learning with a session about designing a workshop and perfoming it.

Hungarian Volunteer Sending Foundation (HVSF) (Youth NGO)

The Hungarian Volunteer Sending Foundation (HVSF) was founded by a group of young and enthusiastic people whose main goals were to take part in voluntary developmental and aid projects initiated by Hungarian or international organizations; to ensure that well-prepared and suitable volunteers are arriving to the actual projects; and to promote volunteering itself. As the name shows, the Hungarian Volunteer Sending Foundation was founded in order to actively work with volunteers and volunteer sending. It has been a main aim from the beginning to show an example of how voluntary work can build a better world around us.
However, HVSF has also been actively involved in different Erasmus+ projects, such as EVS (as a sending and coordinating organization), training courses and youth exchanges as partner and host organization.
The foundation aims to contribute to building an international network of caring, well-informed community that’s ready to act in order to bring more equity and empathy in our world.

Costs

FACE IT T.C. was funder by Hungary National Agency for Eramus+. According to the Programme Erasmus+, travel costs are covered 100% up to the maximum amount defined on the base of the kilometric distance from sending organisation town to the project place, following EU Distance Calculator: 275€ - Italy, Greece, Ireland and Portugal | 180€ - Slovenia and Croatia | 0€ Hungary. Other amounts for participants from other countries will be communicated depending on the final selection but will be based on the distance calculator as well. This project provide accommodation, food, local transport (if necessary) and all material for the sessions. The participants are responsable about the insurance. This T.C. does not have a participation Fee.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
