Face It! is an inspiring, international training course, designed for experienced facilitators who are active on local, national or international level and who have an interest in facilitating youth groups with an intercultural and/or international dimension. Through Non-Formal education methods and Self-directed learning the participants are put in charge of their own learning. Besides the general group-minded approach Face it! also focuses very strongly on what each individual participant NEEDS to learn! The team will provide the participants with safe space where each can experiment or fine-tune their facilitators´ skills, knowledge and attitudes. Face It! offers you a unique opportunity to step into yourself and mark your way to be the best facilitator you can be!

Eesti Erinoorsootöö Ühing noOR (Estonian Special Youth Work Organization) is young non-governmental organization founded in 2004.

The organization is comprised of young social and youth workers who are committed to supporting youngsters with fewer opportunities on Estonian, European and international levels. Working within community and regional partnerships, noOR facilitates activities such as trainings, international volunteer opportunities and exchanges that encourage youth participation in civil society, their personal development and European mobility.

The main aim of these activities are to help at-risk youth to have similar possibilities with mainstream youngsters.
