What’s the aim? We aim to boost the knowledge and confidence of youth workers in planning and leading soft skills workshops. After this training, participants are expected to increase their knowledge of relevant methods and tools.

What will you learn?

• How to use innovative and digital tools in youth work
• Creative and inclusive methods for working with teenagers
• How to deliver engaging non-formal education sessions
• Real examples of what works in different countries

What will we create together?

• During the LTTA, all participants will co-create a practical resource:
• “Engagement and soft skills training toolkit”
• This toolkit will include:
• 10 ready-to-use workshop scenarios
• Clear instructions for activities
• Visual materials (graphics, presentations)
• Tools for both face-to-face and online sessions

You’ll be part of an international team of motivated youth workers
You’ll share experiences and ideas on how to reach and support teenagers
You’ll help shape tools that will be used across Europe
You’ll be involved in preparing and analyzing a youth survey conducted in each country
This training is part of a broader project designed to empower youth workers and improve the
quality of youth engagement across Europe.
