15-20 November 2026 | La Rochelle, France

This training will allow you to share your best facilitation tools and methods, while also enabling you to leave with new ideas to improve your practices in managing youth exchanges.

THE PROJECT WILL FOCUS ON

* Strengthening the network,

* Ensure that participants leave with concrete new ideas of animations to apply to their projects,

* Give each participant the opportunity to discuss their challenges and strengths,

* Offer the opportunity to meet experts and talk about mental health, the rise of the extremes, how to improve video in our projects...
