EVS4YOUth is a Training Course is aimed at empowering organisations (especially newcomers) and Youth workers in planning and developing quality European Volunteer Service (E.V.S)

EVS4YOUth will host 24 participants from 12 (France, Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain) countries and will take place in Martinique (France) from 30 of April to 6 of May 2018. EVS4YOUth TC is about E.V.S. and during 6 works days it is planned to provide learnings and tips on quality system in each phase, from planning idea to implementation to dissemination of results. At the end the TC will support participants in developing their own Accreditation and project application forms and creating new partnerships. It offers 2 month of mentoring by the Trainers on the Project idea and Application form.

Association Départementale LES FRANCAS (Youth NGO)

LES FRANCAS is a public utility association who acts for youth and popular education.
We setting up actions to advise youths and teenagers about fundamental rights for human dignity and exercise of citizenship. We are also a big training’s organization, we provide youth workers and volunteers trainings and had established a parenting and educational support network.
Our organization is fighting for children's and teenagers rights, against inclusion, discrimination and for people with less opportunities. We received all types of public and wants to allow the youths to access the same activities, opportunities, despite they didn’t from the same social or economic background, and also develops education and artistic sessions.
Les FRANCAS provides childcare services and homework assistance and also day-care centers and vacation centers, during those centers, the education is based on non-formal learning methods, to develop youth’s critical mind, communication, creativity and to make them gain competencies
Our actions are focus on liberty, equality, peace, solidarity and we are involved in the fight against inclusion, discrimination, to fight for people with less opportunities.

Costs

This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme. According to the Programme Erasmus+, travel costs are covered 100% up to the maximum amount defined on the base of the kilometric distance from sending organisation town to the project place, following EU Distance Calculator: 820€ for Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain. This budget is for the complete travel, from home to the venue of the seminar, in Martinique, France. This project provide accommodation, food, local transport (if necessary) and all material for the sessions. The participants are responsable about the insurance. This T.C. doesn't have a participation Fee. This TC was approved by the French National Agency Erasmus+.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
