Training Course
22-26 November 2023 | Roosta, Estonia
Organising and facilitating an event can be a challenging task. Where to start from? What are the necessary steps to go through? How to build a workshop that is inclusive, and fun, but at the same time also helps participants to develop their competences?
Aim:
To empower active EuroPeers and enhance their competences in designing and implementing non-formal educational EuroPeers activities to promote European mobility opportunities for young people (e.g. school workshop, EYE session, information session in trainings, public fairs and more). This is not a newcomers training but an opportunity for already active EuroPeers to learn new skills related to the organisation and facilitation of EuroPeers actions and consequently to feel more confident in one´s commitment as a EuroPeer.

Intro of Helena Heidemann & Alexandra Vinczi:
Alexandra is a European trainer and youth worker based in Hungary. She has been involved with youth work for the past 10 years, working mainly with Erasmus + training courses and youth exchanges. She has been an ESC volunteer in 2019-2020 herself, and since then she is dedicated to support current and former volunteers all over Europe. She's an expert in visual facilitation, design thinking, creativity, collaboration, empowering young people to turn their ideas into action and intercultural learning.
Helena is an adult educator and youth work enthusiast. She started her career as a youth worker in Estonia and very soon fell in love with Erasmus+ and its opportunities. She has been involved in several training courses, youth exchanges and KA2 projects. Her heart has always been beating faster for personal development and she is passionate about creating learning environments that support learners holistically. She is a true believer in learning and making this world better with one self-discovery after another.
