EuroPeers Annual Network Meeting 2022

Seminar

22-25 September 2022 | Gdańsk, Poland

The EuroPeers Annual Meeting will bring together EuroPeers and NA Representatives from different countries, giving them the chance to exchange practices, inspire each other, network, develop synergies and new project ideas.

Main theme of the ANM is: Solidarity and Synergy. Nowadays, more than ever we need to value and show the importance of Solidarity. European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ Programme follow similar goals and values, we should also focus and reflect on possible synergy effects of actions of EuroPeers. The Annual Meeting will also be the opportunity to evaluate the long-term EuroPeers project and plan necessary improvements.

EuroPeers are young people who have participated in the Erasmus+/ Youth In Action or European Solidarity Corps Programme and want to share their European experiences with their peers. They inform young people in schools, fairs, youth clubs, cultural centres or on the street and talk about their experiences. They inform about the Erasmus+/European Solidarity Corps Programme and their opportunities, as well as other mobility Programmes. By organising or participating in all kinds of activities, like workshops or lessons, supporting NA events, and organising exhibitions, they motivate young people to become active and explore Europe.

AIMS and OBJECTIVES:

  • Broadening national approaches and extending existing network
  • Sharing good practices and challenges of different national networks of EuroPeers
  • Learning about the latest updates from the EU-Youth Programmes and how they can support the development of the Network
  • Exploring competences that can support a EuroPeer
  • Planning of (international) EuroPeers Actions
  • Networking between EuroPeers, National Agencies and other players

This Network is currently mainly active in Austria, Belgium DE, Belgium FL, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania. There are also other Countries where the network has been previously established and who have been part of the Network.

Concerning logistics aspects, the Organisers commit to follow rules and regulations as requested by national authorities to ensure a safe and smooth event; accommodation will be in single rooms, meeting rooms and work spaces will be suitable for non formal training events with a large group of participants.
