European Youth Work Academy - Training of Trainers edition

Training Course

22-29 April 2016 | Belgrade, Serbia

Learn and prepare and run training for young people and youth workers on local and international level.
Training of Trainers (TOT) is last edition of European Youth Work Academy that already hosted Training of Management in December 2016 and Training of Leaders in February 2016. ToT will involve experienced youth workers and staff from partner organisations in order to provide them with trainers skills and knowledge that will be used in sustainable education of other youth workers and young people about topics concerned with youth organisations and their activities and cooperation. Along with practical work, trainers will gain knowledge about trainer’s skills, tools such as Compass, SALTO, T-Kit, and ETS Competence Model, UK NA Trainers portfolio, etc. Various form of non-formal education will be used such as brainstorming, presentations, individual and group work, simulations, role-plays, debates, discussions, etc. Further information at http://youthworkacademy.eu/

Costs

Accommodation and food will be covered by hosting organisation. 100% of travel costs will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ after the project via bank transfer. More information about limits per country and reimbursement rules can be found on www.youthworkacademy.eu under the section "Participare". No participation fee will be charged by hosting organisation.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
