Participate to EUROLIBRARY 2 means.. 

• Spending 10 days in Greece and living an experiential learning journey in more than 5 places
• Living for four days in RV's and having a road-trip in small towns of the Northern Greece
• Becoming a Storyteller and sharing personal stories with locals
• Developing personally and growing not only as storytellers but also as effective communicators in the digital era
• Becoming capable of organizing and implementing activities in different settings and for different target groups.

CONTEXT

Eurolibrary 2 is a project which will bring together youth workers from various European countries to undergo professional development activities. Through this project, participants will develop their storytelling and digital storytelling skills while promoting youth engagement and communication education. Participants will have the unique opportunity to collaborate and travel in campervans/RVs. The project also incorporates the concept of the human library, where participants will share their stories and experiences with the locals during the road trip. The road-trip with RVs allows participants to experience a mobile learning environment while connecting with each other, and making a positive impact on youth engagement.

PHASES:

1) CONNECT & LEARN
During the first phase, we will have the team bonding and then, we will move forward to the trainings. The activities will focus on Storytelling and Digital Storytelling through a non-typical way and participants will prepare themselves for the experiential learning journey.

2) SHARE & GROW
During the second phase, we will have a road-trip with RVs for 4 days (travel to 3 different towns) on the Northern Greece. In every town, we will implement daily events where we will mostly share the stories we created with the local community through Human Library methodology.

3) CREATE & REFLECT
The third and last phase, will consists of the creation of audiovisual materials and self-reflection regarding the learning outcomes

TARGET GROUP:

This Training is addressed to 24 Youth workers and youth leaders of youth associations 

• Age 18+ y/o Citizens or residents of one of the following countries (Poland, the Netherlands, Romania,, Portugal, Spain and Greece)
• Ready to explore experiential learning by joining an once in a lifetime adventure.
• Strong motivation for active participation at all stages of the project, including follow-up activities
• Easy-going and ready to challenge themselves
