Partnership-building Activity

22-24 September 2025 | Dublin, Ireland

This seminar is designed for professionals working in schools, adult education, VET, and youth sectors who are interested in developing Erasmus+ small scale partnership projects focused on inclusion and diversity.

The seminar will provide a platform to connect with potential partners, explore best practices, and gain a deeper understanding of how to design high-quality project applications that align with Erasmus+ priorities. 

Participants will engage with successful case studies, attend workshops on integrating inclusion and diversity as core project elements, and receive expert guidance on structuring compelling KA2 applications. They will also have the opportunity to work directly with potential partners to begin developing Small-Scale Partnership applications. The event will emphasize cross sectoral collaboration, equipping attendees with the knowledge and networks needed to create impactful, inclusive projects.

Objectives:

  • Facilitate networking and partnership-building to support small-scale Erasmus+ collaborations.
  • Provide in-depth guidance on structuring and developing KA2 project proposals that align with the Erasmus+ inclusion and diversity priorities.
  • Encourage cross sectoral collaboration, fostering a coordinated approach to achieving shared objectives in inclusion and diversity.

Target Audience:

  • Newcomers to Erasmus+ funding
  • Organisations less experienced in KA2 projects
  • Those transitioning from KA1 to KA2 funding
  • Grassroots and small organisations seeking to develop strategic partnerships

Please note this belnded opportunity consists of two parts :

Online:

Pre-arrival online session – 1.5 hours - 15th September, 3:00 PM Irish Time (4:00 PM CET) Mandatory session on networking and Erasmus+ programme information.

 

Residential (face to face) :

Arriving 22nd September – working evening

23rd September  – all day

24th September – departures after lunch

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
