Erasmus+ Partnership Building Event : Together for Erasmus Opportunities

Partnership-building Activity

29 June 2024 | Remote , Azerbaijan

Join ESN Azerbaijan's partnership event for Erasmus+ Youth Program Countries! Newcomers, experienced organizations, or with little exposure to Erasmus events, let's network & explore sending participants from Azerbaijan. We'd love to meet you!

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN), established in Copenhagen in 1990 with the backing of the European Commission, operates as a pan-European organization with over 500 local sections across 44 countries, including Azerbaijan. Having joined as the 38th member in 2016, ESN Azerbaijan is steadfast in its commitment to the mission and vision of the network.

ESN Azerbaijan actively supports incoming students through a comprehensive mentoring system, aiding in accommodation search, and providing valuable information through brochures to local sections. The organization also extends guidance to fellow students and youth aspiring to participate in diverse exchange programs, creating a peer group assistance system that not only holds practical value but strengthens the sense of community fostered by the Erasmus+ and other relevant programs. There are six causes that we are working for. Our causes are as follows: culture, education & youth, environmental sustainability, health & well-being, skills & employability, and social inclusion. We can partner up with you on your various projects that are in line with either one of these causes.

Also, we are delighted to mention that Erasmus Student Network Azerbaijan is an accredited organization with the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. Although Azerbaijan isn't an Erasmus+ program country, we can't directly apply to ESC and Erasmus+ calls. However, we are able to host and send volunteers through partnerships with program countries. We're enthusiastic about the potential for collaboration, and believing in the impactful nature of volunteering. Our shared objectives can be furthered through joint efforts.

The main goals of this partnership-building activity:

1)Foster Collaboration: Create a platform for organizations to come together and explore collaborative opportunities in areas such as youth mobility, intercultural understanding, and international education.

2)Expand Networks: Provide participants with the opportunity to network with like-minded organizations and professionals in the field, fostering connections that can lead to future partnerships and collaborations.

3)Share Best Practices: Facilitate the exchange of insights, experiences, and best practices among participants, enabling them to learn from each other and enhance their approaches to youth work and international education.

4)Generate Project Ideas: Encourage discussions and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for potential projects and initiatives that contribute to our shared goals and causes.

5)Strengthen Partnerships: Strengthen new partnerships and forge new ones by identifying common interests, values, and objectives, laying the foundation for impactful collaborations in the future.

6)Empower Participants: Empower participants with knowledge, resources, and tools to effectively navigate the partnership-building process and maximize the impact of their collaborative efforts.

We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you on programs and initiatives that resonate with our shared objectives...

Join us on Sunday the 19th of May at 12 pm (UTC). We will provide participants with a Google Meets link before the event.
