ERASMUS LUX

Partnership-building Activity

16-22 November 2026 | Terrassa-Barcelona, Spain

Erasmus Lux is an international networking activity, aimed at accredited organisations operating in Erasmus+ Programme.

The title “Erasmus Lux” is inspired by the Latin word lux (light), symbolizing clarity, guidance, and new perspectives in the context of the future of the Erasmus+ programme.
The project is also inspired by Rosalía’s album LUX, and her use of cultural diversity, contrasts, and multiple languages, highlighting the idea of a space where different voices come together.

Objectives:

  • Explore key challenges and opportunities for accredited organisations within the Erasmus+ framework
  • Reflect on the final phase and overall impact of the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 programme and discuss the upcoming Erasmus+ programme cycle and emerging opportunities for youth organisations
  • Enhance the quality, impact and sustainability of projects implemented under accreditation
  • Exchange good practices and foster peer learning among experienced organisations
  • Present Vibria’s strategic plan for 2027 and create space for partners to share and align their own strategic approaches.

Participants profile:
We are looking for experienced youth workers and project managers currently working in Erasmus+ Youth accredited organisations involved in KA1 Youth projects, particularly Youth Exchanges (KA152) and Youth Workers Mobility (KA153). Applicants should also have a strong background in non-formal education and international youth work.

Participants should have:

  • Solid experience in Erasmus+ Youth projects, particularly KA1
  • Active involvement in project design, implementation or coordination
  • Motivation to share good practices and contribute to strategic discussions
  • Strong interest in improving the quality and impact of youth work in Europe
