Study Visit
22-27 August 2021 | Brussels and Vallonia, Belgium - FR
For participants from Belgium (FR), Finland, Germany, Hungary, Norway, Portugal and Romania.
About the activity
This Erasmus Goes Greener activity is part of a series of learning events that explores how Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects can be more responsible towards nature — from creating a greener vision for the project and discovering possible opportunities to taking action and contributing to a sustainable movement.
By the end of our journey together we plan to have more Erasmus+ and Solidarity Corps projects that are responsible towards nature, more projects that address the “sustainability” and “nature protection” topics, as well as increased environmental literacy and advocacy in the Erasmus+ sectors.
This event is a combined partnership building activity and study visit. The selected participants will both be able to present their organisations and develop ideas for future cooperations, while sharing experiences and getting inspiration and input from youth work organisations in Vallonia.
The group will be divided into 3 smaller groups for the study visits. This will make it easier to cater for different needs and interests participants have.
The activity is planned around non-formal learning methods, based on experiental learning and participation. The full list of objectives and a draft programme outline can be found as an attached file in the end of this call.
Preparation
Erasmus Goes Greener requires active participation from the very start. There will be online activities before the event where we invite participants to join, individual preparation tasks, and also a meeting with the national group of participants.
