Environ.Mental is a 2-week self-exploration program designed for people who live abroad, ESC volunteers and ESC mentors. The goal of the program is to support the participants to discover their raw self out of cultural differences and self-image changes.

Environ.Mental is a two-week self-exploration programme that is designed for people who live abroad, ESC volunteers and ESC mentors. It contains 15 daily challenges, 3 group coaching sessions (with a lot of embodiment), 2 individual coaching sessions and one WhatsApp support group. 

We, Zsofi and Joanna, created this programme after our own ESC volunteering in the Netherlands. During this one year, we discovered that living abroad comes with some very dynamic changes. Changes in the language that we use on daily basis, changes in the culture that surrounds us, changes that come from within. And some wild desire to explore more and to find out what are those things that I know about myself, that are not necessarily true. 

We combined our knowledge and experience in the fields of Psychology, Cultural Anthropology, Coaching, Nonviolent Communication and Systemic Coaching and designed this programme for every person who would like to receive support in this challenging process. We call this process "the time when I build my international identity": letting go of what no longer serves me and embracing the new flows!

In these two weeks, we will use our environment as a tool that reflects our inner world. We will speak about Environmental Identity and how we can connect better with ourselves and what surrounds us.
