“Entrepreneurship in Practice” is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen their capacity to support young people through entrepreneurship education.

“Entrepreneurship in Practice” is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen their capacity to support young people through entrepreneurship education. The activity offers a practical training format, combining theory, hands-on methods, and international exchange. The main goal is to equip participants with tested tools, adaptable training methods, and inspiration to encourage initiative, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking among youth.

During the training, participants will explore practical approaches to working with young people through sessions based on non-formal education, group exercises, and the sharing of tested resources. One of the highlights will be the presentation of Champions Factory’s “Young Entrepreneurs” training manual, used with more than 1000 students in Bulgaria in cooperation with 26 schools. 

Project Objectives

  • Empower youth workers with entrepreneurial mindsets and key skills for successful business building
  • Share good practices and tested approaches from Bulgaria and other European countries
  • Strengthen cooperation among organisations working in youth empowerment and non-formal education
  • Support the use and adaptation of Champions Factory’s entrepreneurship manual for wider impact

Accommodation and food

The host organisation will cover it.

Travel reimbursement

Will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules for distance and country, as BEFORE BOOKING, participants MUST confirm the route, dates and costs with the host Champions Factory. Unconfirmed bookings will not be refunded.
