EntrepreneurSelf

The idea of the training course "EntrepreneurSelf" is to guide youth workers from 8 different countries who will work with each other in order to defend the importance of youth entrepreneurship to develop their business ideas. The project will also be an opportunity to bring together youth workers and youth leaders who have a special interest in promoting the entrepreneurial empowerment of youth workers at the national and international levels, and to create more international projects that can connect different realities and experiences. Youth work in entrepreneurship is of great importance both in the dissemination of socially and ecologically responsible ideas and in their practical implementation, especially among young and/or young people from vulnerable groups with geographic, social, and economic barriers. By having an entrepreneurial spirit and applying basic principles and elements, we want to ensure that youth workers develop their skills to support young people in making their ideas come true. This project will provide sufficient information and knowledge based on case studies, best practices, and concrete examples across Europe on entrepreneurship, digital technologies and digital entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs' success stories, the role of NGOs in supporting young entrepreneurs, and concrete methods and tools of informal ones.

O1 To help participants discover new informal methods in the field of personal branding to be used in their work with young people from sending organizations.

O2 To create a network of youth workers who develop and implement activities in the field of entrepreneurship for youth workers;

O3 To create an international platform where methods can be loaded;

O4 Improving networking, multicultural awareness and exchange of best practices, and greater collaboration among nonprofits, with a focus on personal branding, social entrepreneurship, and talent management;
