12-20 February 2026 | Online, Greece

Join us for the “EntreComp Meets Youth@Work” training course, which will take place online in the framework of Youth@Work Strategic Partnership.

AIM

The “EntreComp Meets Youth@Work” training course aims to enhance understanding and promote the use of EntreComp, as well as Youthpass. This course will provide participants with a structured and systematic experience into EntreComp, from a theoretical perspective but also a practical one, which will be, applied within their youth work services.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of the activity, participants will be able to:

  • understand the EntreComp Framework,
  • develop their competences in ideas and opportunities,
  • enhance their resource management skills,
  • implement their competences into action,
  • apply EntreComp in their everyday Youth Work practice,
  • develop an action plan for integrating EntreComp competences.

TARGET GROUP

We are looking for:

  • Youth workers,
  • youth project coordinators and
  • educators active in the youth field.

TEAM

  • Facilitators: Konstantinos Stergiou, Olga Kyriakidou and Konstantinos Spatiotis (members of the Pool of Trainers of Youth@Work Strategic Partnership).

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

  • The working language will be (international) English. Your English does not have to be perfect, but you need to be able to follow presentations and have discussions in English.
  • The training course consists of 4 zoom meetings of 90 minutes each and asynchronous sessions through HOP.

  • The selected participants are committed to participate fully in both synchronous and asynchronous sessions, in order to receive their Youthpass certificate.
