You want to strengthen your training skills? Join us for a unique 4-day cross-border training event!
Dive into interactive workshops, learn new ways to design and deliver your workshops, and explore cool topics like digital tools, video documentation and inclusive content creation.
Participate in a collaborative, cross-border training designed for 30 trainers from Germany and France. Deepen your skills as a trainer through interactive workshops and bar-camp formats, engaging with fellow trainers, all guided by experienced experts.
Level up you’re the way you are crafting and facilitating workshops and explore topics such as digital tools in education, using video/reels for documentation, developing sensitivity and discrimination-aware 'glasses' for workshop conception aimed at diverse audiences.
Co-create the 4 days together with us: In a pre-Calais online meeting, you can bring in your own interest, topics and ideas to shape the seminary on site.
And the best: The programme, accommodation and catering are FREE for you (3 nights in shared rooms including full board) Travel expenses are reimbursed up to 250,-EUR.
