We look into NGO's for potential partnerships in these 5 areas (but not only) :

  •  Employment of Persons with Disabilities: ESF+ SI+ / Erasmus+ KA220-VET
  •  Career Guidance for Disadvantaged Rural Communities & Minorities: Erasmus+ KA210/KA220-ADU + CERV
  •  Social Entrepreneurship for NEETs: ESF+ SI+ / Erasmus+ KA220
  •  Civic Advocacy Model for NGO Participation in Employment Policy: EaSI strand ESF+
  •  Centre of Vocational Excellence for Green Labour Market Skills: Erasmus+ CoVE / KA220-VET

The 34 Romanian organisations represent a cross-section of Romanian civil society active in employment, social inclusion and professional training. They work with groups including youth and adults from disadvantaged backgrounds, people with various disabilities, Roma communities, ex-offenders, single-parent families, migrants and refugees. Their services cover career counselling, employment mediation, accreditated training, non-formal education, and psychosocial support, with a significant share already holding or pursuing accreditation as employment service providers.

Thematically, several organisations focus on NEET youth and unemployed adults in rural areas, offering qualification and entrepreneurship programmes. Others work in adjacent areas — sustainable crafts, digital skills, green economy transitions — while a smaller group has experience in civic advocacy and policy engagement. Most are small to mid-sized organisations with deep roots in their local communities and solid working relationships with schools, local authorities and social services.
