Training Course
5-13 November 2024 | Enying , Hungary
The topic is to promote the mental well-being of young people and youth workers, create a mindful space, explore new practices and tools using by art.
The aim of this training is to promote the mental well-being of young people and youth workers who are open for new experiences. Together, we will create a mindful space for personal and professional growth as youth workers and trainers. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and soft skills related to mental health and their own emotional well-being and explore new practices and tools using art and creating.
Moreover, like any other workplace, working on projects with young people can be a significant source of stress. Therefore, it is crucial to find a balance between work and free time to keep motivation, develop further and to avoid burnout. On this project, we will investigate our skills, competences and resources through artistic methods.
With this artistic approach (using visual arts, dance and drama tools), we will explore communication with ourselves and transfer these tools and practices in youth work. Additionally, we want to draw attention to digital well-being and its connection to mental health, social and emotional skills.
