Training Course
17-28 November 2025 | Lot (46), France
Emotional Education is a 10-day creative residency in France, Lot region, where 24 youth workers and artists from France, Spain, Germany, Italy and Slovenia will come together to reconnect with themselves, others, and their creativity, while discovering innovative ways to engage and empower young people, especially those facing social exclusion or school dropout.
Participants will try out embodied activities, creative expression and reflective practice, exploring emotional intelligence and gaining practical tools to recognise, name and navigate emotions. By cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and adaptability, the training empowers youth workers to care for their own well-being while guiding and inspiring the young people in their communities.
Together, we will co-create a shared toolbox and booklet to inspire emotional education in youth work across Europe. More information available here: https://shorturl.at/AGg9a
