Embodied Wholeness

Training Course

11-22 April 2026 | Oasis des Ages, France

“How do I inhabit my body, and how does this shape the way I live, relate, support, and interconnect?” This training course opens a space where movement, nature, and reflective practices guide both personal insight and professional growth.

Embodied Wholeness is a training course that invites participants to rediscover themselves and  others through the lenses of embodiment, presence, and mindful exploration.

Starting from a simple yet profound question “how do I inhabit my body, and how does this shape the way I live, relate, support, and interconnect?” the course opens a space where movement, nature, and reflective practices guide both personal insight and professional growth.

Silence, Breath, and Sensory Awareness

Through an immersion in somatic practices, expressive arts, nature-based activities, and body-mind awareness, we will create a living laboratory to explore the roots of emotions, communication, and human connection. By observing how inner states translate into movement, gesture, and voice, participants will touch the deeper layers of learning, the ones that emerge not only from thinking, but from sensing, feeling, and being.

We want to open a dialogue between the force of nature-based work, the imaginative freedom of creative expression, and the attentive listening cultivated through a rooted sense of presence.

COURSE CONTENT

  • Somatic and embodied practice

Learning to read sensations, emotions, and tensions as resources for clarity and self-knowledge

  • Creative and expressive arts

Movement, theatre, voice, and improvisation to unlock intuition, imagination, and communication

  • Awareness and presence

Cultivating attention, observation, and emotional balance in fast-paced environments

  • Reflective tools

Journaling, dialogue circles, and guided inquiry to link personal experience with professional practice.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Embodied Wholeness is a training course and a learning environment dedicated to personal and professional development. It is not a therapeutic setting, nor is it intended to replace individual therapeutic or clinical processes. The practices offered are educational and experiential, designed to support awareness, learning, and reflection within a group context.

By applying, participants commit to being present and actively involved in the process, to the best of their personal possibilities.

Some activities are process-oriented rather than outcome-driven. They invite presence, openness, curiosity, and a willingness to stay with uncertainty, exploration, and a frame that may evolve over
time. This requires a certain level of self-responsibility, emotional awareness, and respect for oneself and the group.

We welcome participants who feel ready to engage with this process with care, maturity, and commitment, contributing to a shared space of trust, learning, and embodied exploration.

OUTCOMES

Through grounding practices and meaningful reflection, you will draw parallels between your
experiences during the course and the challenges, motivations, and aspirations that shape your work and personal life.

Key outcomes include:

  • A clearer understanding of your emotional landscape and inner resources.
  • Practical tools to cultivate resilience, self-confidence, and mindful presence.
  • Embodied strategies to bring balance, creativity, and connection into educational and social settings.
  • Increased capacity to support young peoplewith authenticity, empathy, and attunement.

FOLLOW-UP

Our intention with Embodied Wholeness is that the learning doesnot end when the training closes, but continues to unfold in your daily life and in the communities you care for. After the course, you’ll be invited to translate your experience into a  follow-up action, something simple, meaningful, and rooted in what you discovered during the week.

This might take the shape of a short workshop, a guided activity, a circle of reflection, or an embodied practice offered to a group you already work with: young people, educators, vulnerable
communities, or anyone who could benefit from more presence, creativity, and emotional grounding. We are looking for participants who feel called to weave what they’ve learned into something alive, not as a formality, but as a gesture of continuity and care.

You will have two months after the training to bring your idea into form, individually or together with others. Completing this follow-up is a required step connected to your reimbursement, but more importantly, it is a way to ensure that the seeds planted during Embodied Wholeness keep growing beyond the training itself.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR

This training course is designed for youth workers, educators, social workers, facilitators and anyone engaged in supporting young people’s growth. It aims to strengthen the connection between individuals, their bodies, and their environment, opening new pathways for meaningful, holistic learning.
