Training Course
29 June - 8 July 2026 | Dolina Harmonii, Kopaniec, Poland
Embodied Unity is an international training course designed for youth workers, facilitators, educators, and professionals active in the field of non-formal learning who wish to deepen their work through embodiment, emotional awareness, and relational practices.
The training offers a holistic, body-based approach to personal development and youth work. It creates a space where learning happens through direct experience — combining movement, mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative expression. Participants are invited to explore how the body influences emotions, communication, and relationships, and how this awareness can support both personal well-being and professional practice.
Throughout the programme, participants will engage in practices such as contact improvisation, breathwork, intuitive movement, and mindfulness. These methods support the development of emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and the ability to respond to challenging situations with greater awareness and presence.
A key focus of the training is community building and relational learning. Participants will experience and reflect on processes of co-regulation, trust, and authentic connection, while co-creating a safe and supportive group environment. This allows them to better understand how to facilitate inclusive spaces where young people can feel seen, heard, and valued.
The training also emphasises practical application. Participants will co-create and test activities that can be transferred into their local contexts, equipping them with concrete tools to integrate embodied approaches into youth work, workshops, and community initiatives.
By the end of the training, participants will have strengthened their capacity to support emotional resilience, foster meaningful connections, and design experiential learning processes that engage both body and mind.
Embodied Unity is especially relevant for those working in non-formal education and youth work who are looking to expand their facilitation skills, bring more presence and authenticity into their practice, and support young people in navigating today’s challenges with greater awareness and connection.
