Education Myth Busters

Training Course

27 March - 3 April 2026 | Arroyomolinos (Madrid), Spain

Education Myth Busters is a TC that equips youth workers with innovative methods, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial strategies to enhance their capacity to engage and support young people within an evolving educational and professional landscape.

The Education Myth Busters project is an interactive training course designed to equip youth workers with practical skills, digital literacy, and innovative teaching methodologies. The activities focus on non-formal education, AI literacy, entrepreneurship, and personal development. Participants will take part in pre-training virtual sessions to introduce key themes and set expectations. Workshops will cover AI applications in education, digital literacy, and strategies to debunk common myths about learning. Entrepreneurial learning labs will help youth workers develop problem-solving and adaptability skills beyond traditional business creation. Sessions on metacognition and gamification will improve their teaching approaches, making learning more engaging. Peer-learning activities will encourage participants to develop practical educational tools and methodologies.

The project will also provide networking opportunities for future Erasmus+ collaborations and facilitate reflection through Youthpass certification. Post-training, participants will implement local workshops to apply their knowledge and maximize the project’s long-term impact.

The project will include 20 youth workers from five countries (Czechia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania and Spain), four youth workers per country . Participants will be youth workers, educators, and trainers engaged in non-formal education, with an interest in digital transformation and innovative teaching methods. The selection process will prioritize diversity and inclusion, ensuring the involvement of individuals that work with underrepresented communities. Through these activities, the project will foster sustainable improvements in youth work across Europe.

(Spanish and Lithuania team are already completed)
