E-youth work: Digitalize and Engage youth

Training Course

23-28 October 2025 | Craiova, Romania

The project focuses on using digital tools and virtual methods to engage young people more effectively—especially those from disadvantaged or remote backgrounds.

Main Goal: To develop youth workers' skills in using digital tools in their activities with young people.

Objectives:

-Strengthen digital literacy in youth work

-Provide hands-on non-formal education tools, gamification, and platforms

-Boost confidence in using digital tools professionally

The training E-youth work will include 25 participants, 5 participants from each partner country (Poland, Romania, Turkey, Italy and Spain). The training consists of 6 training days + 2 travel days (22nd of October and 29th of October)

Participants' profile:

5 participants per country (25 total)
Age: Minimum 18 years old
Active in local/international youth work
Motivated to develop digital skills
English proficiency: minimum B1
Basic digital skills required (e.g., Google tools, Zoom)

The participants in this project will gain the following competences:

Confidence and skills in using digital tools
Ability to design inclusive digital youth work activities
Stronger outreach and communication capacity
Greater adaptability and innovation in their practice
Understanding how to support balanced digital habits in youth
Learn how to promote inclusion and digital innovation
