GREENCRAFT – Green & Digital Employment for Youth

Erasmus+ KA220-YOU Cooperation Partnership

The GREENCRAFT project (Green & Digital Employment for Youth) is a 24-month Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership that aims to strengthen young people's employability and entrepreneurial competences through green and digital pathways. The project focuses on developing practical skills in digital entrepreneurship, e-commerce, sustainable production, and digital business development, supporting young people in adapting to the changing labour market and emerging opportunities within the green and digital economy. The project is implemented by organizations from Türkiye, Poland and Portugal, bringing together expertise in youth work, entrepreneurship, digital transformation and sustainable development. The project aligns with Erasmus+ priorities on digital transformation, participation and employability of young people.

• Inspiring examples of successful digital entrepreneurs
• Developing a digital business idea
• Identifying target audiences and value propositions
• Digital marketing fundamentals
• Growth and scaling strategies for online businesses

Topics include (E-Commerce):
• Introduction to e-commerce ecosystems
• Choosing appropriate online sales channels
• Building a strong brand identity
• Social media promotion and community building
• Product photography and video content creation
• Graphic design tools for entrepreneurs
• Developing a digital promotion plan
• Practical exercises and peer learning

NOTE: For gaining the youthpass certificate, participation in both online trainings is required.
