DREAM: Digital Resilience through Education and Analyzing Media vol. 3

Training Course

1-8 April 2026 | Petrohan, Bulgaria

DREAM Vol. 3 is an Erasmus+ training for youth workers focused on digital resilience, media literacy and wellbeing. Through non-formal methods, participants gain tools to help young people think critically, stay safeonline and use digital media mindfully.

DREAM – Digital Resilience through Education and Analyzing Media (Vol. 3) is an Erasmus+ training course designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, and professionals active in the field of non-formal learning. The training focuses on strengthening participants’ capacity to support young people in the mindful, safe, and critical use of digital media.

Through interactive workshops, group work, simulations, reflection sessions, and practical exercises, participants will explore key topics such as media literacy, critical thinking, digital wellbeing, online safety, and ethical content creation. The course provides concrete tools and non-formal methods that can be directly transferred into youth work practice.

The training also addresses the challenges young people face in an increasingly digitalized world, including information overload, misinformation, excessive screen time, and online risks. Participants will develop and test educational activities aimed at empowering young people to become responsible and resilient digital citizens.

DREAM is specifically targeted at applicants working with young people in non-formal education settings, youth organizations, schools, community centers, or volunteer initiatives, who wish to enhance their competences, exchange good practices, and strengthen international cooperation in youth work.
