Training Course
8-14 June 2025 | San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Spain
Find more about us on Ig: lps.demadrid
In a world increasingly marked by polarization within democracies, global confrontational narratives, and interpersonal violence stemming from inequalities, we believe it is urgent to create peaceful references and narratives that reinforce Human Rights and meaningful democratic participation.
Art emerges as a powerful tool for empathetic communication, capable of addressing the aesthetic and emotional dimensions of current social challenges. Therefore, we consider it essential to explore artistic approaches to propose and imagine responses to today’s human rights issues.
We will bring together artists, activists, communication professionals, and NGO workers to reflect on the role of art in society. We aim to explore how art can serve as a tool to amplify civil society voices and bring pressing social issues into public debate at the European level, becoming a communication channel for organized collectives defending Human Rights.
