Draw the change : Graphic facilitation, stress and burnout in youth work.

Training Course

29 September - 5 October 2026 | Gołanice, Poland

Youth work is rewarding but emotionally demanding. "Draw the Change" trains youth workers, trainers, and educators in Graphic Facilitation & Visual Thinking to boost engaging learning and prevent burnout

While incredibly rewarding, youth work can also take a real emotional toll, often leaving practitioners feeling drained and exhausted. "Draw the Change" is a practical training course designed to equip youth workers, trainers, and educators with Graphic Facilitation & Visual Thinking tools. Through hands-on workshops, participants will learn how to make group learning more engaging while using visual tools to address, reflect on, and prevent stress and burnout in youth work. The course focuses on several key objectives: learning fundamental techniques of graphic facilitation and visual vocabulary for educational settings; exploring practical visual tools to recognize and prevent stress and burnout in yourself and your teams; building confidence in designing and facilitating visually engaging workshops; reflecting on learning processes through Erasmus+ and Youthpass frameworks; and networking with 20 international youth workers to foster future European collaborations.
