A training course for newcomers in the YOUTH programme who want to develop an Action 1 project.

OBJECTIVES • Participants will be treated as co-managers of the course and therefore will have a strong say about content and methodology of the course. • Participants will be trained in project development and project management. • Participants will learn about networking, long distance co-operation, and evaluation. • Participants will be given information about the YOUTH programme as a vehicle for project development with a focus on Action 1.
