The symposium is aimed at participants from Portugual, Spain, Slovakia, Belgium.

We are pleased to invite you to be a Speaker at the "The Key To Global Life, Digital Change Of Nature" Learning Festival and Symposium 2023  in Tokat, Turkiye from October 12-15th 2023 featuring distinguished contributors from across Europe! In the learning festival and symposium; There will be many activities such as workshops, talks, nature studies and concerts. The Digitalchangeon Learning Festival and Symposium aimed to discuss the educational content that combines STEM, E-Content and Virtual Learning environments for environmental problems, to spread good practice examples to large masses.

Your topic could revolve around innovative practices, methodologies, tools, and/or practical workshops aimed at teachers, educators, and managers in the area of

* STEAM(Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) * E-Content
* Virtual Learning environments
* To solve Environmental problems, to spread good practice examples to large masses.
And also you can share best examples of nature projects:

We have limited number of participants in the Learning Festival and Symposium (20 people international, 80 people national). Please note that in order to be eligible for funding you will need to be present for the entire conference with a 24-hour tolerance. Ideally, you would travel to Tokat on October 12th and leave on October 15th.

Tokat Provincial Directorate of National Education is a Local Public Body within the structure of the Ministry of National
Education in Turkey. Its main goal is to provide education and training to students and teachers in the Tokat province, which
has 731 schools/institutions with 110,242 students and 8,498 teachers. The Directorate is responsible for implementing
local and national projects, and institutions is actively participates in national and international projects and competitions.
The Directorate aims to develop academically successful, creative, socially, and culturally developed, and technologically
skilled students with 21st-century skills, while also meeting EU citizenship criteria. Its focus is on innovation-oriented
projects and the professional development of teachers in line with the 2023-2027 National Teacher Strategy Document of
the Ministry of National Education.
With the scope of the Project, Here are the general purposes of the directory:
1. Tokat MEM is a gateway of the Tokat province to the outside world, responsible for education and raising individuals who
can adapt to rapid changes in science and technology, think critically, and develop social aspects. Tokat MEM aims to
integrate knowledge with life instead of limiting education to school knowledge, and sees itself as an organization for the
renewal of education.
2. Tokat MEM carries out local and national projects for over 8,000 teachers and 110,000 students in 731 schools, with a
focus on innovation-oriented projects that aim to develop leadership capacity, 21st-century skills, and EU citizenship
criteria.
3. Tokat MEM prioritizes the professional development of teachers, in line with the 2017-2023 National Teacher Strategy
Document of the Ministry of National Education.
4. Tokat MEM aims to raise individuals as citizens who are ready for all areas of life and uses existing institutional
mechanisms to equip them with skills to cope with difficulties. It places a special emphasis on earthquake preparedness.
5. Tokat MEM conducts R&D studies in virtual reality (VR) in its institutions, with a focus on STEM competency
development and the use of VR in earthquake preparation.
6. Tokat MEM attaches importance to stakeholders in the earthquake preparedness process, conducts quality studies with
stakeholders, and supports the training process with stakeholder surveys. It also applies a survey to internal and external
stakeholders to improve stakeholder work quality.

Participation fee

There is no participation fee. The conferance is free of charge.

Accommodation and food

 

- Shared accommodation with 2 people/room (men and women in separate accommodation)

- 3 meals/day

- Food and drinks in the symposium area.

Travel reimbursement

- Up to €200 travel expenses (you need to provide an invoice, copy of your ticket, and boarding pass)
