Digital transformation is emerging as a crucial – yet still under-explored – dimension of European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteering. Digital tools can enhance learning by offering more in-depth opportunities for volunteers, foster more inclusive projects that promote beneficiary participation, engage and inform young people more effectively, and raise awareness of the green transition. At the same time, they also bring challenges such as online safety, wellbeing, cyberbullying, and the excessive use of digital devices. Understanding how to navigate these opportunities and risks is now essential for everyone involved in ESC projects. This webinar aims to inspire organizations by presenting good practices that are easily adaptable or transferable within ESC organizations.

Guest speakers and outstanding project representatives will guide us through shared reflections and discussions on these themes, offering valuable good practices and concrete examples from their experience.

The French National Agency Erasmus+, in cooperation with the SALTO European Solidarity Corps and SALTO Digital Resource Centres, warmly invite organizations active within the European Solidarity Corps, and colleagues of National Agencies and SALTOs to share, reflect, and learn from the speakers and from each other.

This webinar is primarily intended for project coordinators and mentors active in the European Solidarity Corps, either in hosting or sending volunteers.

It is also open to organisations not currently active in the European Solidarity Corps, as long as they are based in countries where the programme is accessible.

If you belong to one of these organisations, we warmly encourage you to watch the following video to familiarise yourself with the programme before the webinar : Introduction to the ESC programme

Webinars will be facilitated by Amanda Milan and Laimonas Ragauskas.
