Training Course

2-9 September 2025 | Campulung Moldovenesc, Romania

This TC will: -support 20 youth workers in their professional path; -create sense on community work; -explore the Intangible Cultural Heritage; -create digital meaning of the heritage; Arrival 2 of September- Departure 9 of September

About the project

To rediscover and to preserve the Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Balkan countries from the project (Romania, Turkiye, Bulgaria, Greece) by Digitalization of the processes that will be studies throughout the project.

This Training is part of a KA2 small scale project that will last 16 months, until August 2026.
 

About the purpose of Youth workers during this Training (PDA - Professional development activity)

  • receiving tools and methods for working in and with a community and have a better understanding of community engagement.
  • deepen your knowledge and information on Intangible cultural heritage, creating a clearer image of it, based on your own communities that they are living in.
  • create a safe space for 20 people to form a community for 6 days, all coming from different countries, backgrounds and having different lifestyles but with a common goal.
  • understand more about the process of digitization and the importance of working with digital tools in their work.
  • create connections for the future projects to be implemented, locally and on a wider area, in Erasmus+ and more.

About the participants: be 18+ years old and coming from Romania, Bulgaria, Turkyie, Greece.

-youth worker, volunteer, mentor, cultural worker,
-wanting to learn more about ICH (intangible cultural heritage)
-want to work with people in communities

OR

-working with digital skills
-have competences in photo- video
-understand the digital transformation and digitization

Follow up after the Training course

The project will continue after the TC in September 2025

If you agree to come and participate in the TC, have in mind that there will be activities after it:

  • take part in local workshops on collecting data about ICH
  • engage in your community to create digital work on intangible cultural heritage
  • take part in the creation of the Callendar- a product with digital work on ICH in the Balkans that will have elements from all the seasons (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) in our communities.

Participation fee

No participation fee.

Accommodation and food

Food and accommodation are provided by the project through Erasmus+.

Travel reimbursement

  • For Greece and Turkyie: 309 Euros/ participant
  • For Bulgaria 417 Euros / participant with green travel
  • For Romania-30 Euros
