Digital Fatigue is an Erasmus+ training course (KA153) designed to address the growing global challenge of excessive screen time and digital dependency. Taking place in Ankara, Türkiye, from May 1–9, 2026, the project brings together participants to explore the mental and physical impacts of constant connectivity.
Objectives and Methodology
The project aims to raise awareness about "crowded loneliness" and "brain rot" by promoting healthier, more balanced digital habits. Through non-formal learning methods, the activity focuses on:
Target Audience: Youth Workers and Young people
This call is specifically targeted at youth workers and those actively involved in the field of non-formal learning. We are looking for applicants who:
Logistics and Participation
Accommodation & Food: 100% of accommodation, food, and local transportation costs are covered by the Erasmus+ program.
Travel: Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the specific distance-based limits provided in the infopack.

Yes, as the host organization, we will organize and provide all accommodation and food for the duration of the project.
The costs are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program, so there is no price or fee for the participants to pay.
Accommodation and Food Details
Shared Housing: Participants will stay in shared rooms (with others of the same gender) in a safe and comfortable location near the activity venue.
Full Board: We provide three meals per day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Coffee Breaks: Scheduled breaks with refreshments will be organized during activity days.
Special Diets: Vegetarian options and other special dietary requirements (such as allergies) can be accommodated if you inform us in advance.
Yes, travel costs will be reimbursed for the project. Reimbursements will be made in cash based on the cheapest and most direct public transportation routes.
To receive reimbursement, participants must present all travel documents, including boarding passes, invoices, and receipts. Additionally, all travel routes must be consulted with and approved by the project coordinator before tickets are purchased.
The maximum reimbursement amounts per participant, based on their country and organization, are as follows: 309 Euros for non-green travel
