Digital Content & Pedagogical Practices

Through practical activities, participants will explore two perspectives: how AI can support learning, and how it can help youth workers create and adapt content, plan activities, manage administrative tasks, and monitor and evaluate learning. Throughout the course, we will ask a central question: Where does AI add real educational value—and where does it not?

The course also creates space for an open discussion of ethical concerns, data protection and GDPR, bias, authenticity, over-reliance on technology and the digital divide. Participants will put their learning into practice by building a learning programme step by step with the support of AI, from objectives and activities through to evaluation.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Identify digital content, AI and automation tools relevant to youth work and non-formal education.

Use AI to support activity planning, administrative work, and monitoring and evaluation.

Profile of participants:
✔Aged over 18 years old
✔youth worker representing an NGO active either in E+ or ESC programme , youth project manager, youth coaches 
✔Fluent in English
✔Able to disseminate the results of the TC in social media and through their work
✔Be open-minded, motivated and ready to share experience and good energy
