19-26 June 2026 | Bansko, Bulgaria
The idea of the 8-day training course is to bring together 18 youth workers from different countries, promote and disseminate innovative youth work techniques and integrate digital tools in their work for innovative youth work.
Objectives:
1. Develop the competencies of youth workers and youth organisations in innovative youth work techniques.
2. Empower youth workers to test and adopt and integrate digital tools in their daily activities.
3. Share and exchange best practices of local youth work.
4. Create a network of youth workers and youth organisations across partner countries who are committed to upgrade their work and adopt digital tools in youth work.
5. Disseminate and follow-up learned techniques and digital tool on the local and national levels.
Participants are expected to be:
➢ be resident of one of the partnering organisations country
➢ in this project youth workers with fewer opportunities are welcomed
➢ motivated and able to take part in the full duration of the activity and to share previous experience, including being involved in the dissemination of the outcomes of the training course
➢ experienced in local youth work
➢ aged 18+ (recommended)
➢ able to communicate independently in English
