NEET's work is based on the need for more discussion around the issue of unemployment-related social exclusion in Europe. The project aims to reach youth workers with unexplored opportunities, young foreigners or young people with less opportunity, NEETs. We encourage youth workers with untapped opportunities to reach the target audience because we believe that all people, especially youth in NEET situations, have the skills and desire to move forward in their lives, and we will encourage and support these NEET people a little more. A third of young people in Europe are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Education) and youth organizations can play a minor role in policies to reduce this rate. The training course also aims to create a network of youth organizations dealing with youth unemployment. We want to use non-formal education to approach unemployment among marginalized youth.

Better understanding of NEET: terminology, concepts, causes, differences in Europe, research results, challenges

Learning about interventions: learning from each other, visiting local projects, being inspired, sharing our ideas, presenting our work, showing holistic approaches.
